Common use of Heating Clause in Contracts

Heating. Landlord shall furnish heat to the Premises when and as required by law, on business days from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Landlord shall not be responsible for the adequacy, design or capacity of the heating distribution system if the normal operation of the heat distribution system serving the Building shall fail to provide heat at reasonable temperatures or any reasonable volumes or velocities in any parts of the Premises by reason of any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant.

Landlord shall not be responsible p.m. in amounts and at temperatures sufficient, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, for the adequacy, design or capacity Tenant’s comfortable use and occupancy of the heating distribution system if the normal operation of the heat distribution system serving the Building shall fail to provide heat at reasonable temperatures or any reasonable volumes or velocities in any parts of the Premises by reason of any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under TenantPremises.

Landlord shall not be responsible for the adequacy, design or capacity of the heating distribution system if the normal operation of the heat distribution system serving the Building shall fail to provide heat at reasonable temperatures or any reasonable volumes or velocities in any parts of the Premises by reason of any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant.

Landlord shall not be responsible for the adequacy, design or capacity of the heating distribution system if the normal operation of the heat distribution system serving the Building shall fail to provide heat at reasonable temperatures or any reasonable volumes or velocities in any parts of the Premises by reason of any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant.
