Common use of Heating Content Clause in Contracts

Heating Content. The Dekatherm content of the Gas delivered hereunder --------------- shall be determined separately for each Receipt Point, each month by Transporter(s) or the operator of such facility in accordance with standard testing methods specified in Transporter(s)' FERC Gas Tariff. The results of any tests by Transporter(s) to determine Dekatherm content shall be corrected to reflect actual conditions of delivery. In the absence of a mutually agreeable alternative, the parties agree to rely upon the results of tests conducted by the Transporter(s).
