HEATING CLAUSE. The Owners warrant that the Vessel is fully fitted with tight and functioning heating coils in all cargo tanks and is capable of increasing cargo temperature and maintaining on passage, at the discharge port and during discharge the cargo at the loaded or increased temperature as agreed in this charterparty.
