Landlord shall furnish to and for the use of Tenant, in fixtures on the premises provided for such purpose by Landlord and no other fixtures, hot and cold water in radiators or other fixtures on the premises, and a reasonable amount of heat at reasonable hours at least as required by the applicable municipal code.
