Heating and Cooling Ventilation. 9.1 Not to do anything which interferes with the heating cooling or ventilation of the Common Parts or which imposes an additional load on the heating cooling or ventilation plant and equipment. 9.2 During the Permitted Hours to operate the ventilation equipment in the Premises which comprises part of the system for the air conditioning of the Common Parts in accordance with the regulations for such purpose made by the Landlord from time to time.
