The 'Hearing Aides' clause defines the rules and provisions regarding the use of hearing assistance devices during relevant proceedings or activities. Hearing Aides. The eligible hearing aide benefit is to a maximum of $500 per insured person every 36 months. Effective the date of ratification hearing tests to a maximum of $75.00 once every three years will be paid by the Hospital.
