Headstart Bonus. Contractor shall receive a payment of {CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT} for each Scheduled Flight that is an On-time Headstart Flight during a calendar month, if any, in excess of the product of the number of Headstart Flights during such calendar month and the Headstart On-time Benchmark. The Headstart On-time Benchmark for each month in 2001 is set forth in Appendix 2.
