Headlines. All Clause headlines or titles in this Agreement have been inserted for convenience or as reference only and under no circumstance shall they constitute an interpretation or shall be taken into consideration for the interpretation of the terms hereof or any of the respective Clauses. For purposes of the interpretation of each Clause of this Agreement, the parties shall exclusively refer to their contents and under no circumstance to their headline or title.
