Headings; Wording. The paragraphs and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. All references in this Agreement to an Article, Section or Schedule shall refer to an Article, Section or Schedule in or to this Agreement, unless otherwise stated. Any reference to any federal, national, state, local, or foreign statute or law shall be deemed also to refer to all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, unless the context requires otherwise. The word “including” and similar words shall mean including without limitation. The words “herein,” “hereof” and “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular article, section or other subdivision. References in this Agreement to “provisions of this Agreement” refer to the terms, conditions and promises contained in this Agreement taken as a whole. All references to days, months, quarters or years are references to business days, calendar months, calendar quarters, or calendar years. References to the singular include the plural.
