Common use of Headings; Section References Clause in Contracts

Headings; Section References. The Section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. As used in this Agreement, the word “including” and phrase “such as” are illustrative and not limitative, and incorporate, in all instances, the idea of “without limitation”. All references in this Agreement to Sections, Exhibits and Annexes are to Sections of, and Exhibits and Annexes to, this Agreement, except as may be expressly specified otherwise.
