The headings of the several sections of this Guaranty are inserted for convenience only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Guaranty. The provisions of this Guaranty shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
