Headings and Captions; Severability. All headings and captions in the SIG Program Terms are only for the convenience of the Parties and do not affect its interpretation, construction, or meaning. In the event that any one or more of the provisions of the SIG Program Terms, including any modified SIG Program Terms, shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the SIG Program Terms shall be unimpaired and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable provision, which, being valid, legal, and enforceable, comes closest to the intention underlying the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
