Hazardous Material Upon Premises Prohibited. Lessee shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Material (as defined in Paragraph 14.01) to be released, brought upon, stored, produced, disposed or used upon, about or beneath the Premises by Lessee, its agents, employees, contractors or invitees.
