Hawaii. If Employee’s primary place of employment with the Company is located in Hawaii, the following term shall apply to the interpretation of this Agreement and supersede any conflicting terms: Sections 4 through 6 of the Agreement shall not apply to Employee and are hereby void or otherwise waived to the extent the Company is a technology business in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes § 480-4(d).
