If during employment with the Company, Employee lived or worked in Hawaii, the following is added to the section on protected rights: Nothing in this agreement, including but not limited to, the acknowledgments, return of property, proprietary information, confidentiality, release, promise not to sue, cooperation, non-disparagement, and arbitration and class action waiver provisions shall be construed to prevent disclosing or discussing sexual harassment or sexual assault occurring in the workplace, at work-related events, between employees, or between an employer and an employee.
