Harvest Reports. Lessee shall, as soon as possible, furnish harvest reports to State at the Division Office in Olympia, but no later than thirty (30) days after final date of harvest of all crops.
Harvest Reports. 1. Within thirty (30) days of harvest, the registered producer must produce a harvest report including:
A. Date of harvest for each lot;
B. Number of acres or square footage of each lot harvested;
C. Amount of each industrial hemp lot harvested; and
D. Location of viable seed storage.
Harvest Reports. (1) A rights holder must provide to the Director within 1 month after harvesting a planted forest, a report in the approved form, detailing the harvest.
(2) A rights holder who fails to provide a report on a harvest commits an offence punishable on conviction to a fine not exceeding VT200,000.

Harvest reports shall include the planted acreage and variety of crops harvested, quantity, the grades if known, the field number, circle number, block number, or location of each crop grown and the place of storage, processing or other disposition of the crops.
Harvest Reports. As promptly as practicable following the end of each month, Sellers shall cause the Company to provide to Buyer a report setting forth a reasonable, good faith estimate of the amount of timber harvested from the Timberlands in the preceding month.
