Hardware Token. Authorized Submitters will purchase a hardware token from authorized vendor approved by the SECURE lead county. One hardware token will be purchased for each individual submitter staff member. For use of the hardware token to submit documents for recording electronically, please refer to the SECURE Authorized Submitter User Manual.
