Hardware Term. Unless terminated as provided in these T&Cs, the Hardware Term commences upon the Effective Date and continues until the earlier of the following: (a) termination of the Hardware Term as specified in Section 3(c), (b) discontinuation by Ford Pro of all programs to which the Hardware relates, as specified in Section 3(d), or (c) completion of the Installation of the last of the Hardware specified in the applicable Sales Order. Notwithstanding any such termination or expiration, (A) the Maintenance Services shall continue to be provided for the Maintenance Services Term, which may be extended by written agreement between the Parties, and‌
