Hardware Technical Support. Clarent will provide a second level support mechanism for the Equant Technicians, which will be available to provide such support by telephone, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) calendar days per week (Monday - Sunday, fifty-two (52) weeks per year, including holidays).
