Handling Fee. If DEW agrees to pre-pay freight charges on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇ and add the prepaid freight charges to the total costs of this Order, then ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay to DEW an additional administrative handling fee for each such shipment.
