Hand Over Completed Works. 20.1 The Contractor shall notify the Employer in writing of his/her completion of the contracted Works. The said work shall be subject to the satisfaction of the employer and the statutory body having jurisdiction that all the works is completed and in good order. The Supervising Officer shall certify the date when in his/her opinion, the works have reached practical completion. This date shall be the date of commencement of the warranty period.
