Hampton Roads Joint Venture. Promptly notify the Administrative Agent in the event of any change in the structure, investment, return or other rights and obligations of Borrower or its Subsidiaries with respect to the Hampton Roads Joint Venture. In the event of any such change, Hampton Roads Joint Venture may, at the discretion of the Administrative Agent, be considered a Consolidated Subsidiary or Unconsolidated Entity, as applicable, as determined by Administrative Agent.
