Halting Allowance Sample Clauses
The Halting Allowance clause grants one or both parties the right to temporarily suspend or pause the performance of contractual obligations under certain conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the specific circumstances that justify a halt, such as unforeseen events, safety concerns, or regulatory issues, and may set limits on the duration or frequency of such suspensions. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and risk management, ensuring that parties are not penalized for pausing work when justified, thereby protecting both sides from unforeseen disruptions.
