Guest Speakers, Experts. If committee member invites a guest speaker or subject matter expert to speak to an agenda item, he or she must provide notice to the Chair of the applicable committee no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting date of: (i) the name and credentials of that individual; and (ii) the agenda item to which that individual will speak.
