Guest Dancer Sample Clauses
The Guest Dancer clause defines the terms and conditions under which an external dancer, not regularly employed or contracted by the company, may participate in a production or event. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the guest dancer's engagement, including rehearsal schedules, performance dates, compensation, and any specific responsibilities or limitations. By clearly establishing these parameters, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both the company and the guest dancer are aware of their respective obligations, thereby facilitating smooth collaboration and minimizing potential disputes.
