The Borrower shall cause any Person which becomes a Subsidiary after the EffectiveEffective Date to become a party to, and agree to be bound by the terms of, the Guaranty and the Contribution Agreement pursuant to an instrument in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent within 30 days after the day on which such Person became a Subsidiary.
