Guaranty and Collateral Matters. (a) Subject to the last sentence of Section 6.15(b) of the Guaranty, the Lenders and the L/C Issuer irrevocably authorize the Administrative Agent to release any Guarantor from its obligations under the Guaranty in accordance with the terms of Section 10.
