Guaranty Amendment Sample Clauses

Guaranty Amendment. Each Lender hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to execute on behalf of all Lenders the Guaranty Amendment.

Guaranty Amendment. On the Modification Closing Date, the Operating Partnership and Sponsor (collectively, “Guarantors”) will each execute and deliver to Lender a First Amendment to Guaranty of Recourse Obligations (Mortgage Loan) in the form(s) attached as Exhibit B to this Amendment (the “Guaranty Amendment”).

Guaranty Amendment. Guarantor shall have executed and delivered to Lender an Amendment to and Reaffirmation of Guaranty with respect to the guaranty previously executed and delivered by Guarantor in connection with the Loan.
