Common use of Guarantor’s Intent Clause in Contracts

Guarantor’s Intent. Without prejudice to the generality of clause 5.4 (Waiver of Defences), the Guarantor expressly confirms that it intends that this guarantee shall extend from time to time to any (however fundamental) variation, increase, extension or addition of or to this Agreement, the Equivalent Put Option, the Investment or any related arrangements.

Guarantor’s Intent.
