Common use of Guarantor Documents Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Documents. each Guarantor shall have duly executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent: (i) the Guaranty; (ii) the Mortgage over its Vessel(s); (iii) an Insurances Assignment with respect to its Vessel(s); (iv) an Earnings Assignment with respect to its Vessel(s); (v) its Assignment Notices; and (vi) Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statements for filing with the State and County of New York, the State of Connecticut, Fairfield County, Connecticut and in such other jurisdictions as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require;
