Guarantor Documents. With respect to Real Estate owned or leased directly or indirectly by a Subsidiary of REIT, a Joinder Agreement (and, for any such Subsidiary which is an Approved Foreign Entity, a separate Guaranty to the extent required by §5.2) executed by each such Subsidiary, and such other documents, instruments, reports, assurances and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require.
