Guaranties and Other Contingent Liabilities. Neither any Borrower nor the Guarantor shall become an indemnitor, guarantor or surety or otherwise become liable for any of the obligations or liabilities of any Person, other than (i) the Guarantor’s obligations under the Guaranty, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and (ii) the guaranty by a Borrower or the Guarantor of the liabilities and obligations of other Borrowers.
