Guaranteed Minimum Order Quantity and Unit Prices. (a) During the period from the Effective Date of this Agreement through December 31, 2000, SpectraPoint shall order from REMEC and REMEC shall deliver to SpectraPoint the Guaranteed Minimum Order Quantity of each of the Products as specified in Table 3.2-1 below for the stated firm not-to-exceed unit prices. These not-to-exceed unit prices do not include the cost of the materials or components provided to REMEC under Section 3.1 above. The prices are based upon the Guaranteed Minimum Order Quantity as set forth below, subject to price adjustments in accordance 4 SpectraPoint Wireless LLC/REMEC, Inc.
