Guaranteed Date Clause Samples
Guaranteed Date. Vendor shall achieve System Acceptance, as detailed in SOW 1, by the Guaranteed Date, which is defined as {insert date as provided in Vendor’s Proposal}.
Guaranteed Date. The date twenty-one (21) months following the Closing Date; provided, however, that Guarantor, in its sole discretion, by written notice to Holder on or before the Guaranteed Date, may extend the Guaranteed Date to the date twenty-four (24) months following the Closing Date.
