Guaranteed Classification Level Clause Samples
The Guaranteed Classification Level clause establishes a minimum standard or rating that a product, service, or employee must meet throughout the duration of an agreement. For example, in a contract for goods, this clause might require that all delivered items maintain a specific safety or quality certification; in employment, it could mandate that a worker holds a certain security clearance. Its core function is to ensure that the agreed-upon standards are consistently met, thereby protecting the interests of the party relying on those standards and reducing the risk of subpar performance or compliance issues.
Guaranteed Classification Level. For the period of continuous employment guaranteed in Sub-Clause 13.5.1, a regular employee shall retain his classification level and the corresponding salary, regardless of any reassignment to other duties or, any re-evaluation of the duties performed by the regular employee at a lower level.
