Common use of Guarantee Secured Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Secured. Payment under this Guarantee is secured by a pledge of Securities pursuant to the Holdings Pledge Agreement in accordance with the Credit Agreement. Reference is hereby made to the Credit Agreement and the Holdings Pledge Agreement for a description of the Securities pledged and the right of the respective parties to such property, to secure all the obligations of the Guarantor hereunder.
