Common use of Guarantee Revocation Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Revocation. The Guarantee shall fail to remain in full force or effect (other than in accordance with its terms) or any action shall be taken to discontinue or to assert the invalidity or unenforceability of the Guarantee, or the Company shall deny that it has any further liability under the Guarantee, or shall give notice to such effect. A Default shall be deemed “continuing” until cured or until waived in writing in accordance with Section 10.01.
