GTCs. The basic fee for revision of the annual system service fee is EUR 10,000. The basic fee for revision of the fee for variable costs is 0.50 EUR-Cents per MWh of injected working gas.

GTCs. All quantity and quality determinations shall be made in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 66 Company’s Quality Determination Guidelines (2014) (“Measurement Guidelines”). ConocoPhillips Company’s General Provisions for Domestic Crude Oil Agreements, issued as of January 1, 1993, and amended as of August 1, 2009 (“GTCs”) shall apply to this Agreement. The specific terms set forth in this Agreement, the GTCs and the Measurement Guidelines contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to this transaction and no other promises, representations or warranties have been made by Seller or Buyer. In the event of a conflict between the Measurement Guidelines, the GTCs and/or this Agreement, the Measurement Guidelines shall govern unless specifically identified and negated in this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the GTCs and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.

GTCs. The software-as-a-service and/or services for which you have contracted (the “Offering”) is identified in an agreement entered into by you and an authorized Tridium Reseller (“Customer Agreement”). These General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) together with the SaaS Terms located at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/content/dam/tridium/en/documents/legal/Tridium-SaaS-Terms-July2023-v3.pdf, and any other product-specific additional terms that Tridium may make available from time to time form the complete agreement between you and Tridium (“Offering Agreement”) related to and governing your access to and use of the Offering. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Offering Agreement and a Customer Agreement or any other agreements or understandings related to the Offering, the terms of the Offering Agreement shall prevail.

GTCs. The GTCs regulate this Agreement and are herein incorporated. This Agreement is the only agreement between the Parties covering the subject matter of this Agreement and no waiver or declaration shall affect it, except when they are expressed in writing and signed by the Parties.

GTCs. Recommendations 2 and 3 sought the GTCS to consider better administration and registration issues especially when processing applications from outside of Scotland and better support for dual accreditation during teacher training. The Joint Secretaries have met twice with GTCS and progress is as follows: • Since January 2016, GTCS have changed the registration and standards rules to include provisional conditional registration which will enable GTCS to register teachers whilst working. The conditional element means they will be subject to a specified condition to make up for any shortfalls identified in either their academic or teacher education. There is also currently a pilot with Moray council and 4 teachers who are spouses of military personnel. Already GTCS is seeing an increase in the number of applicants from outside of Scotland to be registered. Provisional conditional registration offers increased flexibility without compromising the overall teaching standards in Scotland. • GTCS have accredited initial teacher education courses at Buckingham and Northampton Universities. • A flowchart of options for registration is now on the GTCS website to assist those trained outside of Scotland to speed up the registration process and ensure correct documentation is sent to GTCS at appropriate time.
