This "No Grub" buffer area shall be clearly marked in the field by the Departmental Representative prior to any grubbing so that the area is visible to heavy equipment operators. Where possible, ditch waters shall be directed to existing vegetation at least 30 m from watercourse crossing locations rather than directly discharging to the watercourse. .4 Surface boulders, regardless of their size, shall be considered as part of grubbing debris.
