Common use of Group Property Clause in Contracts

Group Property. 19.1. All reports, files, notes, memoranda, e mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information as defined in clause 18.2 and the items referred to in clause 18.4) and any copies made or received by the Executive in connection with his employment under this Agreement are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or the appropriate Associated Company and shall be surrendered by the Executive to someone duly authorised by the Company in accordance with clause 27.

Group Property. 19.1. 20.1 All reports, files, notes, memoranda, e mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information as defined in clause 18.2 19.1 and the items referred to in clause 18.419.4) and any copies made or received by the Executive in connection with the course of his employment under this Agreement (whether during or after) are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or the appropriate Associated Company and shall be surrendered by the Executive to someone duly authorised by the Company in accordance with clause 27upon the termination of this Agreement or at the request of the Company at any time.
