Group Insurance Program. A. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, the School Corporation has the right, in its discretion, to change, modify or alter any aspects of the insurance programs contained in this Agreement, including without limitation, carriers, eligibility requirements, plan design, premium, open enrollment and open transfer periods.
