Common use of GROUP CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

GROUP CONTRACT. The consideration for this [In-Network] Group Contract is: (1) the Group Contract Application; (2) the payment of Premiums when they are due, and (3) the fulfillment of the Group’s obligations, set forth herein. CareFirst BlueChoice, Inc. (CareFirst BlueChoice) agrees to provide the benefits described in this [In-Network] Group Contract for a period of twelve (12) months beginning on the Group Effective Date stated in the Group Contract Application and from year to year after that, unless the [In-Network] Group Contract is amended or terminated in accordance with the terms of this [In-Network] Group Contract. As such, they may not be contained in the benefit guides that are provided for the use of Members.
