Group Activity. The pet owner acknowledges that while their pet is staying at Country Paws Play & Stay, the said pet will come into contact with other animals. Every effort will be made to ensure the safety of our guests, but the pet owner understands that in the event their pet is injured by another animal in our care, the pet owner releases Country Paws Play & Stay from any liability for such injury. However, if the pet owner’s pet injures another animal in our care, then the pet owner agrees that they will be solely responsible for any injury to the other animal(s) as well as their own pet, they agree to cover any and all vet expenses, and they release Country Paws Play & Stay from any liability for such injury.
