Common use of Groundwater Level Data Clause in Contracts

Groundwater Level Data. For a project that collects groundwater level data, the Grantee will need to submit this data to DWR’s Water Data Library (WDL), with a narrative description of data submittal activities included in project reports, as described in Exhibit I Information regarding the WDL and in what format to submit data in can be found at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/waterdatalibrary/. In the near future, DWR’s WDL will be replaced by the California Statewide Groundwater Elevation Monitoring program (CASGEM). Once this Program comes online Grantee will then submit groundwater level data to CASGEM. Information regarding the CASGEM program can be found at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/groundwater/casgem/.
