GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT Clause Samples

A Ground Lease Agreement Amendment is a contractual provision that allows parties to modify the terms of an existing ground lease. This amendment can address changes such as adjusting rent, extending the lease term, altering permitted uses of the property, or updating maintenance responsibilities. By formalizing these changes in writing, the amendment ensures that both landlord and tenant are legally bound by the revised terms, thereby maintaining clarity and preventing future disputes over the lease's conditions.
