Common use of Gross Settlement Clause in Contracts

Gross Settlement. the total amount that Defendant shall pay to the Settlement Class in settlement of this Action pursuant to this Agreement, equal to One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,600,000.00).

Gross Settlement. Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($750,000.00), which is the total amount that Defendant shall pay to the Settlement Class in settlement of this Action pursuant to this Agreement, equal to One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,600,000.00).
