Grilling on the dock is prohibited Clause Samples
This clause establishes a rule that forbids grilling on the dock area. In practice, this means that individuals are not allowed to use grills or similar cooking equipment on the dock, regardless of the type of grill or the occasion. The primary purpose of this clause is to prevent fire hazards and ensure the safety of people and property by eliminating the risk associated with open flames in a potentially hazardous location.
Grilling on the dock is prohibited. The Owner shall keep the slip, harbor and dock area, and all other Marina facilities clear of all gear, tackle, personal watercraft and other property that might obstruct access to the facilities. The Owner shall not dispose of waste or trash, including, without limitation, treated or untreated sewage from heads or holding tanks, in the harbor or docking area. The Owner shall not cause damage to the slip or dock facility through improper use or excessive wear and tear. The owner shall not affix anything to the dock without permission from The Marina management.
