Green Cooperation. The Bus Maintenance Facility is designed to be energy and water efficient and is LEED Silver certified. Operator agrees that it will work cooperatively with the Authority to minimize energy and water waste at the Bus Maintenance Facility and will cooperate with the Authority in conducting energy and water audits and implementing suggestions to reduce use of utilities and energy.
