Grants, Gifts and Donations. Nothing in this Charter shall be interpreted to prevent the governing board of the Charter School from accepting grants, gifts or donations of any kind and to expend or use such grants, gifts or donations provided that any such grants, gifts or donations not be subject to a condition that is contrary to this Charter or any applicable law.
