Grantor Representative Clause Samples

The Grantor Representative clause designates a specific individual or entity to act on behalf of the grantor in matters related to the agreement. This representative is typically authorized to make decisions, provide consents, and receive notices or communications under the contract. By centralizing authority in a single representative, the clause streamlines communication and decision-making, reducing confusion and ensuring that the grantor’s interests are consistently and efficiently managed throughout the contractual relationship.
